Technique that assists audiences through communication media in making both emotional and intellectual connections with resources.

WHAT IS MEDIA?

Medium through which a message is transmitted to its intended audience, such as print media or broadcast (electronic) media.

ROLE OF INTERPRETIVE TECHNIQUE & MEDIA

  • To effectively facilitate understanding in communication between people.
  • To converts messages that can be expressed in other media that equivalent in others understanding.

    CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERPRETIVE MEDIA

    • Greater freedom of participation level and exposure
    • More options for interpretive effectiveness
    • Provide access to unseen time and space
    • Not easily adjustable
